1. Will we be able to sell everything?
• With your Titanium Account, you will be able to offer people EVP, Downtime Witness, Dedicated Servers, and GVO Conference. We are currently looking into offering the Eresponder as well. Please note we will also be adding video e-mail to this already incredible Titanium Package.
2. How large of a HC Room with Titanium?
• 10 Seats
3. Will the new AR have support for Hebrew?
• We are looking into as many possible options for our Eresponder. This will rival all the big systems out there.
4. What are we selling apart from the opportunity?
• Our hosting and marketing tools is the opportunity. We offer monthly shared hosting packages as well as dedicated servers. The packages include Eresponder Pro, Prospecting System, GVO Conference, Easy Video Producer, Downtime Witness and so much more like powerful scripts and lead capture pages.
5. What URL should we log in from while you’re fixing the back office?
• While we are continuing to work on the members area and the complete website for GVO. You can continue to log into your Kiosk members area, or the new GVO members area at http://www.wwkiosk.com/affiliates/index.php or http://gogvo.com/affiliates/index.php
7. Seems like Kiosk hasn’t polished up any official GVO site or released marketing materials yet.
• During the launch you will find many sites, capture pages and even training systems all promoting GVO. We want to caution you that although many of these sites may have great content, everything you need to build your GVO business or learn about online marketing will be supplied by the corporate site and members area. Anything else you may chose to use will be at your own discretion.
8. What happens to the position when a temp user or $1 user does not join after the 14 days?
• The matrix is flushed and compresses. That user is deleted from the matrix and those below if any will compress and fill in the gap.
9. What are the features and abilities of the 10 seat conference room?
• Your conference room is fully function with voice, video, browsing, power point and desktop sharing. You will have the ability to record and save presentations or meetings for future sharing.
10. Will GVO Conference share the same 2X10 Matrix (current Kiosk comp. plan)?
• Yes
11. When will GVO Conference Launch?
• We are still on track for a mid-September launch date.
12. Will webcasts be recorded in the future?
• Yes, corporate webcasts will be recorded.
13. Is there a pre-launch site we can send prospective members to?
• Your safest bet is to use your GVO referral link to ensure your prospecting efforts are tracked.
14. Also how does the autoresponder compare to AWeber and GetResponse?
• We believe our Eresponder is as good or better than the competition and it is included in your monthly Titanium package.
15. Where can we have access to the bulk mailing service that you provide with the Platinum Package?
• Eresponder Pro is your bulk mailing solution.
16. Why is GVO so expensive?
• There is no competition. Everything that comes with your Titanium package makes it untouchable in the hosting industry. There are smaller packages if you feel the 44.95 is too expensive (sell the benefits).
17. Please explain what will happen to our Kiosk downlines?
• Your Kiosk downlines stay intact and a new 2X10 forced matrix will be added. That will be the new way we pay out commissions.
18. How’s the training program going to be?
• All training will have many different platforms. Some will be done ‘live’, some will be available in your members area, and others will be recorded. This allows for anyone to learn and promote our exceptional hosting and online marketing tools.
19. Any chance that the Eresponder will incorporate video e-mail at some point?
• Video e-mail is definitely something we will be adding to our suite of marketing tools.
20. How does the spillover work in the pre-launch?
• Spillover is something you should never promise or promote. You are what will make your business successful or not. If anyone above you in the matrix generates copious amounts of signups some of these signups will fall in your downline depending on how one sets their signups. Left, right or automatic (left then right)
21. I can’t understand my downline tree.
• Your downline is displayed by numbers. 1.1 means position one on your frontline or topline. 1.2 means position two on your frontline or topline. 2.1 means position one on your second level and so on.
22. Please let me know if the conference today is recorded, and where?
• Future corporate conferences will be recorded.
23. I am beta-testing the Eresponder…is very nice but very basic compared to AWeber at the moment. Will it have more features like AWeber when we launch it?
• Yes we will be adding more features all the time. Please share any features you feel would be beneficial.
24. Will there be any HTML message templates in Eresponder?
• Yes we will have a sharing feature.
25. What features will be available to our hosting customers?
• If you are going to have customers on your shared or dedicated hosting packages, the features they will have will be limited to what you allow them access to.
26. How will I know that your “new” services will provide better or equal services than what I now receive?
• There are a lot of good hosting and AR companies out there. We feel our packages are second to none. That’s why we have a 14-day trial for you.
27. Also will there be SUPPORT for this 24/7 or just 8 – 5 Monday thru Friday?
• 24/7
28. Originally you were offering a 30-day trial, now it is 14-days, why?
• It creates a sense of urgency for people to use it right away. The 30-day trial had people waiting on it too long, and forgetting about it. Then when the 30 days was up and they were billed for the full amount, many were asking for their money back. 14 days makes people take action immediately.
29. How do I see the commissions owed me?
• You can find them in your members area.
30. When can we put up sites for the products?
• Although we are not launched yet, many people have created their own marketing to share what is coming. We are positioned for a mid-September launch date.
31. What is happening with the co-op?
• Currently we are not running a co-op, possibly someone in your upline is?
32. Will your team be covering where and how to promote GVO?
• Yes
33. No one heard Gerry Schroeder? What did he say?
• Gerry is our Senior Sales Executive and will be doing ‘live’ meetings (opportunity and training) to assist you with building your business. He is a veteran network marketer online and offline and has been a customer of ours for over 10 years. He brings so much integrity, professionalism, drive, enthusiasm, savvy, attitude, thoughtfulness, organization, skills, training, and soooooo much more. We are glad to have him on the team!
34. I am an Elite member. What will it cost me to market the GVO and what is my compensation plan?
• Yes the Titanium Package is $44.95 and allows you to participate in out 2X10 forced matrix.
35. Will people be able to import leads from AWeber or GetResponse into the GVO autoresponder?
• Yes
36. Does everyone make big money or just the guys at the top?
• Everyone has the same opportunity here to promote our wonderful suite of products. The bigger the contact list, the bigger potential for income. We are a hosting and marketing company who uses Network Marketing as a means to get our information out there. Notice the word “work” in Network. The more successful people are those who work harder.
37. Can we sell the products separately? For example if I have a client who just want downtime or the autoresponder?
• The downtime witness yes, the responder no, although we like that idea for the future.
38. When will I know how many have paid to get the platinum membership?
• You can see the breakdown in your members area.
39. When you say unlimited hosting, does that mean unlimited bandwidth and unlimited disk space and inodes?
• Statistically yes, but most who grow end up going on their own dedicated servers because they are making a lot of money. We grow with you, not against you.
40. How are you going to guarantee the availability of your hosted websites?
• In the 12 years we have been in business our all of our shared plans come with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, 24/7 year-round online support, and telephone support.
41. Are you ready for this launch?
• We believe we are. With any company there will be growing pains, and those that are focused and see the big opportunity here will find themselves at home with GVO. A hosting company with family morals that allows you to learn while you earn.
42. How is bandwidth and storage calculated per account? Web only? Web and e-mail? Web, email, and video? All services combined?
• All services combined.
43. What I feel is missing is a more detailed, written feature list. For example, if someone asks me today what features are included in the autoresponder at the moment, I would have to say that I don’t know.
• We will have a suite of demo videos people will be able to watch.
44. Will you give us video hosting with ‘live’ offsite links like Vimeo does for non-businesses?
• NOT sure what this feature is but I’ll look into it
45. Is this a rebranding or another company?
• Yes. Kiosk is our original company with great products. We felt it was time to update everything. With the power of video we decided to re-brand our 12-year-old company and start fresh since we built a new data center in San Antonio, Texas.
46. Is there any kind of affiliate program to promote your product if someone doesn’t want to use the service yet?
• NO, we are MLM so in order to promote you must use the services.
47. What’s the difference between Titanium 70 and Titanium 44.95 trial?
• They are the same.
48. Do I make any commission from my spillover downline? What %?
• Yes you do. You earn to your second level for being a Titanium user. Base on your personal enrollments you can earn more. To earn income to your 4th level you must sponsor 2 personal Titanium members. To earn to your 6th level you must have 4 personally sponsored Titanium members and to earn to your 10 level you must have 6 per personally sponsored Titanium members.
49. Based on what Joel said today about pending downline, If my pending downline is not trusting something or somebody, can I contact them and try to build a relationship?
• Absolutely, that’s how the “Know, Like and Trust factor” is built. As Gerry Schroeder says, it’s all about Relationshipping.
50. When will we get one place to login to? As it is now I have been sent 2-3 and it is damn confusing. Where can myself and others login and get access to ALL the tools?
• Once we launch GVO, you will have access to all tools there.
51. Can you import from EVP?
• Yes
52. Is it permitted to use the Email Your Downline function in the Account Manager to e-mail people about our other businesses, i.e. info-products and/or affiliate products, as long as they don’t compete with GVO/Kiosk?
• No, that would almost be spamming. E-mailing them and getting to know them is allowed. Proper marketing practices should be followed.
53. Is GVO webhosting like JustHost.com, Hostgator.com and Fastdomain.com with cPanel, SQL, PHP, FTP, space, bandwidth and so on? Where can we found product details before joining?

54. Will there be a “free training” site like NRR?
• Yes.
55. I have over 70+ websites all on Wordpress.org (self-hosted) and find Fantastico terrible as far as updating to newest versions. My cPanel at bluehost uses SimpleScripts and they are great. Can we add that to cPanel?
• Maybe I am unfamiliar with simple scripts. I’ll google them to find out more about them.
56. E-mail account with a shared calendar. Register.com has it with their e-mail account. Do we have or can we add to system?
• No, currently we don’t have this.
57. What is the reason for paying $500.00 for EVP Elite when I now have it on GVO?
• The Elite package isn’t what comes with your GVO account. Our Elite EVP membership is not nearly the same thing.
58. I have a Titanium package with Kiosk. Is there any benefit for me to take another package with the new people promoting GVO?
• No, no benefit.
59. What determines where veteran KIOSK members get plugged into the matrix and how important is the position placement?
• You are already in the matrix now as a KIOSK member.
60. If one signed up for the $44.95 and later decides to downgrade to a lower package, do they still qualify for all the bonuses and commissions as with the $44.95 Titanium Package?
• No, our compensation plan is based on the Titanium package. If you are a Titanium member you are a business builder and get commissions on all packages. If you are not Titanium you are considered a customer only.
