Some MLM Advice From Norbert Orlewicz

Recently, I had the pleasure of doing a live interview with Norbert Orlewicz, where he answered some of the fundamental questions people ask him about his breakthrough experience online. I wanted to take a minute and report on my experience, for the benefit of anyone who reads this article. So we’re going to briefly discuss the 4 most important points that led to Norbert’s personal financial transformation.

When I asked Norbert about what the most important key to your success is when building up an MLM business, he mentioned that you need to understand your core competency. Asking the question slightly differently, what is the source of your personal success in all of your breakthroughs in the past? Norbert shared the fact that his personal strength lies in online marketing skills, and that before he tried marketing his business using his talents, he struggled for more than five years from trying to implement traditional methods. You want to understand before you begin that your own personal strength may not be the same as your sponsor, or your upline in the company that you are currently working. It’s important to seek prosperity with YOUR skill sets, not someone else’s.

After we talked about core strengths, we had a discussion about how important it is to have a core focus in your marketing efforts, and that you need to not get distracted by engaging in too many promotional activities at the same time. He said that most distributors who try to market online try too many strategies at the same time, and as a result they meet with extreme frustration and disappointment. For example, Norbert Orlewicz does engage in many forms of marketing, but it’s because he has an ability financially to outsource it to other people. However, when he started, he just did PPC and Myspace strategies. (Just as a clarification, Norbert recommended Facebook over Myspace.  He said that in 2009 and beyond it is a better platform for social media, with which I agree.)

The last thing that Norbert Orlewicz shared in his interview is that it’s really important to be consistent in your marketing from day one, or you are going to be frustrated long term. Too often, people quit the awesome industry of MLM right before they have the breakthrough that they’ve been looking for. As a sponsor, it’s amazing how some of the most talented, gifted people around miss out on massive financial rewards just because they’re not willing to overcome the hurdles that they face in the beginning of their business.

For example, Norbert talked about how important it is for you to stick with it when you’re building your business, and how you never know when your day will come. He pointed out how 2 years ago today, he was flat broke, frustrated, and didn’t know where to turn in his business. When his breakthrough finally came, success came in a plentiful amount and it came FAST. He told me that the reason why he found the prosperity that he did in the end was because he was willing to go through the tough times to find his strength and his breakthrough. It’s my hope that this information will aid you in becoming yet another breakthrough prosperity story in the MLM profession.
